WACHTER NAMES LARRY HAY VP OF ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, ADAM FINLEY AS SENIOR DIRECTOR OF WACHTER TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Mount Laurel, N.J. — Wachter, Inc., a nationwide technology solutions integrator, announced the promotion of Larry Hay as the team’s next Vice President of Engineering Solutions; and named Adam Finley as the Senior Director of Operations. This change to the senior leadership team followed Marty Roselli’s retirement announcement earlier this year. Both members will operate out of Wachter’s New Jersey office.

Hay’s immediate focus will involve continued leadership to cultivate a strategic vision for the company and Wachter’s client services solutions.

“His well-rounded experience and his long history with Wachter Technology Solutions (WTS) make him the perfect fit for this position,” says Brian Sloan, Wachter’s CEO. “We are confident that with Larry’s relationship skills, creativity and honest approach to business, Wachter Technology Solutions will be poised for future success.”

Hay, who was first hired by Roselli, is a 23-year veteran of Wachter and was selected–in part–for his experience leading projects and working directly with the sales team. Hay also served as Project Manager and Director of IT Infrastructure with Delhaize during a four-year period away from Wachter.

“Our goal is better alignment between WTS’s engineering project management and Wachter operations project management,” says Hay. “I’m excited to lead this high priority initiative, and happy to work with Adam on its execution.”

Finley, who was hired by Tom Allred, has been a leader at Wachter for 18 years, most recently as its Senior Director of NSP. Finley will transition to Senior Director of Operations, reporting to Hay in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

“Adam is responsible for helping the company generate over $100 million in annual revenue and has a proven track record of building great teams, scalable processes and developing solid leaders under him,” says Sloan. He continued, “we’ve prioritized the alignment of WTS’s engineering project management with Wachter operations project management. Adam’s knowledge of both departments and ability to cultivate a strong leadership culture around him make him the perfect fit for the task at hand.”

These additions to the senior leadership team are part of a company-wide initiative to enhance inter-company communication and further develop the customer/client support infrastructure. To learn more about Wachter’s approach to working with clients, visit: https://www.wachter.com/
